Grilled salmon with herbs
- 2 large ripe tomatoes, peeled and seeded.
- 2 Tbsp. of your TOBA japanese soy sauce.
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill leaves
- 6 salmon steaks

Texas Chilli (From the heart of Texas)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 lb. beef, cut into cubes
- 1 green and 1 red bell pepper seeded & chopped
- 1 tbsp. cumin powder
- 1 Tbsp. chilli powder
- 1 jalapeno pepper seeded & minced
- 3 cups canned tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 2-3 Tbsp. of TOBA Japanese soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves.
